well jim big flounder are easy to catch 
PEOPLE:myself ,declan,tony,stu,jay and kevin and john
TIME:8-10
WEATHER:rough strong sotherly
BAIT:everything(crab,mackerel,lug,black rap ,sand eel,squid)
RESULTS;me 6 whiten,1 rockling,1 nice flounder,lads plenty of whiten
REPORT:got to mark just before 8 stu and jay were set up fishing with an hour and sea was rough big swell coming in kevin and john were there and not fishing and were heading off for a more sheltered spot(been from more inland cant hack the rougher eather)
.myself tony and declan set up and started getting a few whiten and a rockling and on last cast got a nice flounder

Flounder are feeding late/or on the turn of the tide what bait did you get the flounder on
