IFSA Species hunt 2014
IFSA Shore Species Hunt 2014.
Name. .
IFSA No. .
Hi everyone.
On behalf of the National Shore Committee I'm delighted to tell you about the IFSA species hunt for 2014.
This is a branch of sea angling that is growing very fast. It will give anglers the opportunity to compare their catches with other anglers from around the country. It will also allow anglers keep a log of their own angling achievements throughout the year.
All you have to do to enter is be a member of the IFSA, then download the species hunt card from the IFSA website or from the above attachment. When you catch a fish just place the fish on a measuring stick when possible and have the species hunt card in the background then take a photo. Send the photo and details of the catch (ie species, length and date) to ifsaspecieshunt@gmail.com
The way the scoring system is set up will allow anglers to keep updating the biggest of each species they catch and in doing so score higher points.
You can view the species hunt tables and scoring system on the IFSA website under the species hunt tab in the news section.
All fish must be caught from the Irish coast line.
Best of luck with your angling for the coming year and hope you enjoy the hunt.
