Nicky McEvoy Snr Memorial Open Shore
The Nicky McEvoy Snr Memorial Open Shore took place in Passage East today, Local anglers took part in the event and the overall winner was Tony Flanagan Rinnashark, 2nd Barry Murphy Rinnashark, 3rd Mick Roche Rinnashark. Fishing overall was poor with lots of small fish being landed. Full results available later.

fair play tony,fishing slow and icy but not long warming up with the ribs .good day out think it was the 20th year of the competition fair play and thanks to the mcevoy family.hear tony is already planning winning next year .i would say dogfish will post full results .

TRAMORE/WATERFORD SAC XMAS COMPETITION + NICKY McEVOY MEMORIAL
The club held the Christmas comp on Sunday on Passage East Beach Also included in this comp is the Annual Nicky McEvoy Snr Memorial.
The weather was Sunny and Dry but very icy.
The fishing was poor to say the lest but the hardy men and ladies fish with good humour.
Only 7 fish were landed out of 13 anglers at the end of the comp the anglers went back to the New Geneva Bar were they feasted on Ribs and Colcannon.
The Results are as follows:

2nd Liam Griffith
3rd Fiona Gerathy
= 4th David Noonan
John Russell
Annette Hennesy
John o Brien
Tom o Mahony.
Non Members:

Tony needed a bigger car with all the prizes tha t were kindly donated by the McEvoy family.
May i wish all the anglers who fished a very Happy Christmas and a bountiful New Year.
