this sun 1st rinnashark boat comp of 2013.boat leaves dunmore at 9 am still a few places anyone interested mail me.

we fished the first leg of our club master angler boat today the weather was not as good as it was giving all week but we got out and got some fish.with reports of a boat only getting 3 fish the day before things were not looking great but angus put us over a few fish and we all managed a few fish.8 species were caught over the day mostly Pollock too 3lb,coalie,cuckoo and ballan wrasse ,grey gurnard cod ling and poor cod. We fished first 4 hours as the comp and the rest of the day was planned out as pleasure session .
after a hard 4 hours fishing.the pleasure session was cut short with the weather but one drift turned up plenty of fish.

rinnashark 2nd boat comp went off last night with great weather for a change.with been an eve comp we stayed in handy fishing has been slow lately but we did well for the way the fishing is going.plenty of Pollock and a few ballans 7 species in total with Pollock,ballan wrasse,whiting,cod,grey gurnard,dab,doggie.
kevin won with 5 species

sorry for the lateness off report of 3rd comp.
3rd competition was held out of Dunmore and the weather was good and fishing good finally picked up plenty of Pollock ,coalies and wrasse even a black bream for kevin ryan .with 5 anglers and 117 fish and 8 species

last night we got the 4th leg run of the rinnashark master angler boat run great eve weather wise flat calm eve again best year we had weather wise since we started running the boat competitions.fishing was hard the mackerel were hard to get through but when we did manage we got a few fish 48 fish to 6 anglers of 10 species
results:

2nd kevin ryan 95pts
3rd conor Purcell 93pts
4th brian o neill 88 pts
5th noel mc donagh 59 pts
6thconor walsh 55pts

next trip is the wreck trip on 29th sept
